WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We accept returnable item in its original form within 7 days (holidays included) upon item delivered to the customer.   

“Original Form” here refers to:

  • Item in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it first arrived.

  • Item never been used or altered.

  • Non-damaged item.

 

To apply for item-return, please send the request by email to us at cs@kinnano.com for follow up. Kindly include the following information in your email message:

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Date of Item arrival

  • Sales Channel (e.g. Kinnano website, name of retailers etc.)

  • Contact person

  • Mobile Phone number

  • Reasons for Goods Return

  • Please attach clear images of the returnable item to your email, including images of the front, bottom and four sides of the item.

If you apply for a return purely for personal reasons, the shipping / delivery costs involved in returning the item to us will be borne by the customer.

When the customer receives the reply email from us confirming our acceptance of item-return application, the customer is required to return the said item within 7 days from the date of confirmation for processing. (Delivery address: Rm 902, 9/F., Aitken Vanson Centre, 61 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon).

 

REFUND ARRANGEMENTS:

When the item returned to our office and inspection is completed, we shall arrange refund to customer within 7 work days. We shall notify the customer by email when refund is completed. We always welcome customers to repurchase again.

The refund amount will be based on the net amount of the returnable item at the time of purchase. If the customer makes the payment by credit card, we shall refund the amount to the credit card account of the customer. From the date of receiving the returned goods and the completion of inspection, it takes approximately 2 weeks to complete the refund process. Please wait patiently.
